Term starts Wednesday. The school fees are due Friday. And someone's birthday is in there too.

This spreadsheet keeps the family year in one place. Pick your state or territory once and it fills in the 2027 government school terms and public holidays. Then add your birthdays, bills, school costs and the kids' pocket money, and it puts the lot on one calendar. The Dashboard shows the next 14 days every time you open it.

All 8 states and territories. Every 2027 term date and public holiday for NSW, Victoria, Queensland, WA, SA, Tasmania, the ACT and the NT, taken from each state's education department and official public holiday page, with the source and the date checked next to each one. The few dates not published yet (like Victoria's AFL Grand Final Friday) are marked To be confirmed, with the page to check.

Who it's for

Australian families with school-age kids who want term dates, bills, birthdays, school costs and pocket money in one place. It doesn't sync with a phone calendar or send reminders, and it isn't a full budget. The terms are for government schools. Catholic and independent school families can type their school's dates over ours.
